Patient Participation Group
The Practice would like to invite you to join our Patient Participation Group
The group will be made up of 2 components:
A core group of volunteers who will meet half yearly with Practice staff. Whilst the core Group is open to members, we are particularly interested in attracting the views of those patients in the 16-45 age group.
In order to maintain informality and open discussion, the group will be limited to 10-12 people.
A virtual group of patients who are happy to give their e-mail details to the Practice and be consulted electronically on specific issues as they arise. There are no limitations on membership of this group, ideally the bigger the better.

Last meeting was February 2019 Chapel House Primary Care Centre.
