District Nursing Team
We have District Nurses attached to the practice, they are available to assess the needs of patients, and give out appropriate nursing care. The district nurses visit the surgery daily. Contact the District Nurse Team on 0191 282 3664.
Health Visitors
Health Visitors are also attached to the practice and are available to give advice on health care to the under 5s and also offer help and advice on health matters to the elderly and long-term sick. The Health Visitors are always in attendance at the baby clinic to offer support and advice.

The Midwife
Midwives are attached to the practice. The midwife can help with all aspects of care during pregnancy and in the first 10 days following delivery. The midwife is present during the Antenatal Clinic.
