Holmside Medical Group is proposing to extend its practice boundary to include nearby areas. We are currently seeking feedback from patients, local residents and stakeholders before any decision is made. If the proposal is approved, the following areas would be included within the new practice boundary: • Callerton • Black Callerton Maps of the current and proposed boundary are available at reception and below. The shaded area represents our current boundary, the orange lined area shows our projected extension. The proposed boundary extension is intended to ensure that patients living in newly developed housing areas have access to local GP services. Holmside Medical Group has a long-standing history of providing primary care to the surrounding community, and these new developments are a natural extension of the population we already serve. The proposed change simply incorporates these new residential areas, which currently fall just outside our existing practice boundary, allowing us to continue delivering accessible, high-quality care to our local community. We want to hear from you. Digital Access

The NHS offers a wealth of digital services for primary care.

Contacting Doctors and Nurses Online

Our online consultation system, eConsult, is available 24 hours a day from any internet-connected device. You can check your symptoms, get self-help advice or send a message directly to the practice team.

eConsult is quick, secure and easy to use. Many patients enjoy the instant access, flexibility and quick resolutions it offers.

A clinician may invite you to book an appointment or suggest another form of treatment. Often, our team can resolve simple issues without you needing to visit the surgery.

The NHS App

Free to download to your smartphone or tablet, the NHS App makes accessing primary health care services accessible.

The NHS App puts you in control, from ordering repeat prescriptions and booking appointments to getting self-help advice and displaying your vaccination status.
