New patients are always welcome at Holmside Medical Group.

Registration
New patients can now register with Holmside Medical Group using the new NHS Register with a GP Surgery service.
The application takes around 15 minutes, or less if you have an existing NHS login (used for the NHS App) or your NHS number.
You can use this service to register yourself, a child or another dependent.
Medicals Records
If you wish to access your medical records or update your details you can learn how to do that here.
Proxy Access
If a family member is also registred with us, you request proxy access to manage their health.
Accountable GP
Every patient who registers with us is allocated a named accountable GP.
They are responsible for coordinating your care, but you can still see any other clinician at Holmside Medical Group.
