Holmside Medical Group is proposing to extend its practice boundary to include nearby areas. We are currently seeking feedback from patients, local residents and stakeholders before any decision is made. If the proposal is approved, the following areas would be included within the new practice boundary: • Callerton • Black Callerton Maps of the current and proposed boundary are available at reception and below. The shaded area represents our current boundary, the orange lined area shows our projected extension. The proposed boundary extension is intended to ensure that patients living in newly developed housing areas have access to local GP services. Holmside Medical Group has a long-standing history of providing primary care to the surrounding community, and these new developments are a natural extension of the population we already serve. The proposed change simply incorporates these new residential areas, which currently fall just outside our existing practice boundary, allowing us to continue delivering accessible, high-quality care to our local community. We Are Closed

🌟 We are proud to announce that Holmside Medical Group has been rated OUTSTANDING following our latest CQC inspection 🌟

This achievement marks an incredible journey for our practice, moving from a previous rating of Good to Outstanding. It reflects the unwavering commitment, compassion, and professionalism of every member of our team.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all staff, both employed and those attached to the practice, for their hard work and dedication to delivering high quality care to our patients every day.

We are also deeply grateful to our patients who took the time to share their feedback with the CQC. Your voices truly matter and help shape the care we provide. A special thank you goes to our Patient Participation Group for their continued support, insight, and collaboration.

We recognise the ongoing challenges facing primary care, and we feel incredibly fortunate to serve a patient population that understands these pressures and works alongside us. Your support, patience, and partnership enable us to deliver the most appropriate and effective care possible.

Without your help, we would not have grown into the practice we are today. We remain committed to continuing this journey, developing and improving our services to better meet the needs of our local community.

Thank you for being part of our success 💙
