As the Operational Manager, I work closely with the Practice Manager, and management team, to ensure the smooth operation of our practice on a daily basis. Together with the team, I contribute to maintaining the practice’s organisational framework, collaborating on strategies, managing key initiatives, and establishing essential policies and procedures to support our operations.
