If you are using, seek advice and be safe.

Be aware of your tolerance levels.

Don’t mix. Using substances together is a dangerous mix.

If you experience any unusual side effects, go to the walk in centre, your GP or A&E. Always phone 999 in an emergency or overdose.

Did you know? Naloxone reverses the effects of opiate overdose.

It is available through Newcastle Treatment and Recovery Service (Plummer Court or Clayton Street).
