We’re aware of an ongoing issue with the NHS website. If you’re searching for our Chapel House Branch (postcode: NE5) on the “Find a GP” section, you might see it listed as out of area. Not to worry! Simply scroll down to “These GP surgeries are also nearby” to find us.
Rest assured, you’re still within our service area, and we’re more than happy to welcome your registration. We’re actively working with NHS England and NHS Digital to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How to Register
Our practice has an open list and welcomes requests for registration from patients who live in or are moving into the practice area. To register you can attend the surgery and collect a registration form, or alternatively to can now register online.
To register online you can do this by finding our practice via https://www.nhs.uk/Service-Search/find-a-gp or by following the links below. Our patients can choose registration for our main site Armstrong Road, or our branch site Chapel House – however patients will be able to be seen at both of our surgeries, by any of our clinical team.
